Silicone rubber heater is made of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth are compounded sheet, Silicone rubber heater has good flexibility, can be associated with an object to be heated is close contact.With these heaters, heat can be placed where it is needed. In the application process these heaters improve heat transfer, speed warm ups and decrease wattage requirements. Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber gives the heater dimensional stability without sacrificing flexibility. Because very little material separates the element from the part, heat transfer is rapid and efficient. The heaters are constructed with a wire-wound element or an etched foil element. The heater construction creates a very thin heater allowing it to fit applications where space is limited.

Temperature Sensors And Switches 

Available from stock are PT100’s, J, K and T type thermocouples, bi-metal thermostats and thermal fuses. We also fit customer specified thermistors and other resistance temperature devices as well as extruded pockets for customers to fit their own sensors. Separate mechanical or digital thermostats can be supplied for process control.
Specialist Materials and Approvals

We are certified to manufacture silicone heater mats with UL or VDE approval, which simplifies full approval for the finished assembly.
Supply Cable and Connectors
Fullchancestandard termination is via single leads or multi-core silicone cables. These can be terminated with connectors by major manufacturers such as Amp and Molex. Other types of cable as well as spiral wrap and heatshrink sleevings are available on request
Integral Foam Insulation 
To provide higher efficiency during heating, Fullchancesilicone heater mats can be thermally insulated with a closed cell silicone foam insulation vulcanised to one face. Many thicknesses are available from stock, as well as specialist types such as flame retardant that can be supplied on request.
Brand Marking
Products are marked with identification and batch numbers giving full manufacturing traceability. Branding with the client details and logo is available upon request.
